Your New Role: You know how important a first impression can be and you value making people feel comfortable and heard. As the Receptionist for this insurance company, you’ll be the first impression for clients, visitors, and vendors — both in person and over the phone.
Your magnetic, professional, and positive outlook will garner the reassurance of guests who walk into the office. You’ll greet visitors; prepare conference rooms for appointments; coordinate and schedule regular meetings, client calls, and team events; and maintain the office calendar. Additionally, you’ll answer and route calls and take messages when needed.
Your team will appreciate your organizational skills as you provide administrative support for various insurance and benefits-related tasks. Office supply management and mail coordination will also fall under your purview.
