Head of Executive Search, Debbie oversees our search practice. Deeply skilled in operational management and business development, she brings more than 25 years of experience in growing successful teams and delivering innovative business solutions. She brings deep knowledge of leadership development and talent acquisition to work on our clients’ behalf. Her valuable insight into human capital and best practices was honed through extensive work in recruiting and management consulting. As Head of Executive Search at Boly:Welch, Debbie works with companies to deliver comprehensive retained search capabilities. She also holds a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification, reflecting her tenure and knowledge of recruitment industry.
Susan brings extensive international business experience and a powerful national network to Boly:Welch. Susan has had the opportunity to work with leading consumer product manufacturers, including L’Oréal, where she held a key leadership role. She began her publishing career in London before moving to New York, where she worked at Fortune magazine and Assouline, the French publishing maison now owned by LVMH. Susan puts her BA in psychology from University College, Dublin to good use in her sourcing and assessment of candidates, and her broader marketing and business experience give her a robust understanding of the tangible needs of any organization. A two-time entrepreneur herself, she has experience with scaling businesses as well as global multinational corporations.
Jennifer joined Boly:Welch from ScanlanKemperBard, a Portland-based commercial real estate investment firm, where she was Vice President of Investor Relations. During her time at ScanlanKemperBard she led the branding and marketing efforts for all new acquisitions and managed all investor correspondence. Jennifer has spent over a decade working at advertising agencies in Portland and Los Angeles, building brands for emerging tech companies and Fortune 500 companies. She brings deep experience in media, advertising, marketing, and branding. Jennifer is a University of Oregon graduate with a BA in journalism and a minor in business.
