2016 marked a major milestone for the Boly:Welch team as we celebrated our 30-year anniversary.
In 1986 partners Diane Boly and Pat Welch founded the company with a vision based on community connections and matching talented candidates with great job opportunities. In the 30 years since that beginning, and most recently under the leadership of President Andrew Welch, the firm has grown organically to 40 employees now located in the historic Public Service Building in downtown Portland. We are proud to have been recognized for our contributions to the community, by the employers and candidates who define our successes and for our commitment to the triple bottom line of people, planet and profits through our B Corporation certification.
