We know how time-consuming and stressful searching for a job can be. That’s why we’ve streamlined the process so you only need to submit your resume once for consideration for all of our open positions.
Once you’re in our system, we’ll evaluate your experience, education, credentials, and work history to determine how they align with positions across our specialty areas:
If your experience and credentials are a good match for one of our current jobs (or for jobs we think we might have in the near future), one of our recruiters will be in touch!
We may not be the best resource if your experience lies outside of our specialty areas, or if you’re looking to change careers and don’t have the background our clients need.
Although we can’t find a new career home for everyone we meet, you can expect open communication and honest feedback from our team as we move through this process with you. Please reach out with any questions along the way! We’re here to help.
There are two ways to apply for our jobs:
Choose a specific job posting (below) to apply for, or submit your resume for general consideration here.
Cover letters aren’t a must, however any context you can provide about your job search (timing, motivation, and interest in specific roles) will empower us to help you.
Please reach out to our Career Advisor via our live chat or by email at [email protected] with any questions about your application, resume, our process, or if you just need some job search advice!
If your background is a good match for the types of jobs we see, we’ll reach out to schedule an interview with one of our recruiters.
We’re not currently meeting in-person, but we look forward to getting to know you on camera (pro tips for acing your online interviews here). It’s important that we get to know you, so please allow plenty of time when connecting with your Boly:Welch recruiter.
During the initial interview, we’ll cover:
Our goal is to make a great match between you and your next employer!
If your recruiter sends you an application packet, please be sure to complete it before your appointment. Your recruiter will also determine if any assessments are needed to maximize your opportunity for success (think MS Office Suites, keyboarding, spelling & grammar). For consideration in accounting-related roles, we may administer bookkeeping, general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tests.
You’re all set to receive occasional career & workplace resources from Boly:Welch!
