Join this growing healthcare manufacturing company as their Office Administrator and become a vital part of the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include office management, facility coordination, event planning, and HR support. You’ll manage office supply inventory, implement office policies and procedures, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, edit documents, organize company events and conferences, and assist with onboarding new employees.

They want a big-picture thinker who can take agency over the role and proactively identify gaps and areas for improvement. Your ability to juggle tasks and be ready to take on new projects — sometimes beyond the scope of a standard administrative role — at a moment’s notice will help you excel in this role. There is high growth potential within HR, marketing, or operations as the company continues its growth trajectory.

This role is 100% in-office.
