You are an experienced executive assistant who prides yourself on anticipating your executive’s needs before they even know they have them. You are calm and collected, solutions oriented, and a consummate professional. Sound like you?

Join this local manufacturing company in the newly created role of Executive Assistant to the CEO. Your day-to-day will involve calendar management, setting up meetings and ensuring technology is running smoothly for those meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for the CEO. A broad variety of administrative tasks will also fall under your purview including document management and proofing, producing reports and presentations, and assisting with special projects as they come up.

They are looking for someone who has excellent communication and time management skills, and a strong capacity to proactively problem solve.

This role will be 100% on-site in Portland. It will also involve occasional overtime. Due to the nature of this job, you’ll have to be comfortable working in noisy environments as you work near the production floor.
