Your New Role: You’re extremely organized, detailed, communicative, and efficient in everything you do. Nothing falls through the cracks when you’re involved. Does this sound like you?
As Executive Assistant to this CEO, you’ll be responsible for providing personal and administrative support and managing their busy travel schedule. You’ll create and maintain schedules, handle correspondence, and generally serve as a liaison to the executive. Drafting and proofreading outgoing correspondence and presentations, managing action items, scheduling meetings, and handling some financials including banking and wires will also fall under your umbrella. You’ll also be trusted to take meeting notes, respond to meeting requests, and organize and maintain files.
They’re looking for someone with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to be assertive when needed.
This is a remote position that will require some schedule flexibility and in-person meetings in the Portland metro area.
