Founded in 1920, the company has grown into one of the region’s largest independent dairies, recently expanding its footprint into Oregon with the acquisition of Alpenrose. Rooted in tradition and innovation, Smith Brothers Farms is committed to providing the freshest local milk and supporting vibrant communities across the Pacific Northwest. 

This pivotal role requires a skilled HR leader who can oversee all HR functions. Reporting to the CEO and partnering with the Executive Leadership Team, the Director of Corporate HR will drive initiatives that align with the company’s legacy of excellence while fostering growth and connection across its operations in Kent, WA, and Portland, OR. 

Location:
Kent, Washington

Compensation:
$120K–$130K
