In partnership with the Oregon Humane Society, Boly:Welch Executive Search is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to create synergy within a sizeable advancement department and drive their work towards the organization’s vision of a world where all animals are treated with compassion, kindness, and respect.

Founded in 1868, Oregon Humane Society is the Northwest’s oldest and largest animal welfare organization, with one of the highest adoption rates in the nation. With campuses in Portland and Salem, OHS is an Oregon-based nonprofit that relies on donor support for its adoption, education, medical and humane law enforcement programs.  

OHS is in search of a Chief Advancement Officer capable of mobilizing a team of seasoned development and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement with clearly defined KPIs. This role requires an executive leader who’ll bring extensive expertise in building strategic alignment to their work with a top line leadership team deeply dedicated to the OHS mission.

This is truly a feel-good role, with a freshly devised strategy ready to implement.

Location:
Portland or Salem, Oregon

Compensation:
$180,000-$205,000
