Bridge Meadows is a visionary nonprofit redefining community living through innovative intergenerational housing. Founded in 2011, the organization creates trauma-informed, affordable communities where foster youth, adoptive families, and elders can connect, heal, and grow together.

We’re seeking a dynamic leader to drive fundraising strategies, manage donor relations, and oversee brand efforts to amplify Bridge Meadows’ mission. This role requires someone with a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising and strategic leadership — experience in social services, trauma-informed care, or advocacy a plus!
