What Matters Most:

  • 2+ years of office administration experience required
  • 1-3+ years of events and project coordinating experience preferred
  • Experience in print and digital marketing communications preferred
  • Experience with Aventri, QuickBase (or other CRM) a plus

Your New Role:
Do you love working with people, learning new things, and traveling regularly for work – including internationally? As Project Coordinator for this boutique conference management agency, you’ll be able to travel four to six times per year to work on-site at various events your team puts together.

You’ll work with different clients and personalities and will need to have the ability to establish great rapport and maintain excellent relationships with clients and vendors. You’ll be responsible for association and conference oversight, including management of publicity and marketing, membership programs, committees, conference program development, and trade show elements. Working closely with both the Account Associate and Account Managers, as well as outside vendors who support the association, you’ll bring a collaborative spirit to this client-facing position.
