We’re seeking a temporary Patient Coordinator to join the team of this local healthcare clinic. You’ll take over welcoming visitors and guests, coordinating patient appointments, ensuring rooms are set up and reset between appointments, and performing insurance benefits checks for patients. Your responsibilities will range from ensuring the rooms are stocked with supplies, to assisting with creating newsletters, to general administrative tasks.
This role has minimal phone work and a focus on room turnover, so you will have a chance to make a real impact on the day-to-day operations of the office without being tied to a desk all day!
This role is part-time, 100% in office, and will last about a month with the potential to stay on long-term.
