Your New Role:
With over 70 years strong in the Portland Metro, this business is still guided by the philosophy that a company can only be as successful as its people. They are seeking a Community Manager to lead a team at one of their properties.

You’ll be the person who manages and motivates staff, builds positive resident relations, and empowers your team to take ownership of their roles. You’ll need excellent attention to detail to maintain the property, keep accurate accounts, and lease effectively. Day-to-day, this will involve evaluating property financial performance, creating and administering the yearly budget, administering HR payroll time-keeping and commissions, and maintaining confidential company files.
