What Matters Most:

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial setting
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior personal assistant experience preferred

Your New Role:
You’re a multi-talented Executive Assistant who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a strong team. Your positive attitude and helpful, warm demeanor will be important as you build rapport with people at all levels of the company. Strong professional communication (both written and verbal), excellent follow-up, and the highest level of confidentiality are important elements of this multi-faceted role.

As Executive & Personal Assistant, you’ll handle calendaring and time management for the CEO’s professional and personal life, overseeing event planning, making travel arrangements, and taking care of meeting logistics. You’ll track the CEO’s expenses, produce financial statements and reports, and help with credit card reconciliations. Handling personal errands and coordinating family schedules will also be part of this role. You’ll stay one step ahead, anticipating needs and making suggestions for calendar modifications to optimize this busy executive’s schedule.

The role will involve frequent travel that will be planned well in advance. Otherwise, this is a fully in-office position.
