Your New Role:
Take the next step in your wealth management career as our client’s next Client Service Associate!
As Client Service Associate, you’ll need to be highly detail-oriented as you’ll prepare and process documentation related to client onboarding and maintenance, perform client and prospect data entry in the firms CRM, and prepare and oversee the preparation of various deliverables.
You’ll also need to have exceptional communication skills, as you’ll serve as the liaison between clients and investment managers to complete money movement requests, coordinate with clients to provide annual audit confirmations, and perform calendaring functions with both internal and external teams.
Someone who is excellent with both people and numbers will thrive in this position.
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in-office.
