We know how time-consuming and stressful searching for a job can be. That’s why we’ve streamlined the process so you only need to submit your resume once for consideration for all of our open positions.
Once you’re in our system, we’ll evaluate your experience, education, credentials, and work history to determine how they align with positions across our specialty areas:
If your experience and credentials are a good match for one of our current jobs (or for jobs we think we might have in the near future), one of our recruiters will be in touch!
We may not be the best resource if your experience lies outside of our specialty areas, or if you’re looking to change careers and don’t have the background our clients need.
Although we can’t find a new career home for everyone we meet, you can expect open communication and honest feedback from our team as we move through this process with you. Please reach out with any questions along the way! We’re here to help.

Cover letters aren’t a must, however any context you can provide about your job search (timing, motivation, and interest in specific roles) will empower us to help you.

Once we’ve gotten to know you and understand what you’re looking for, we’ll keep an eye out for opportunities that align with your experience, goals, and the needs of our clients.
Communication Is Key
Hiring moves quickly, and staying in touch helps us move quickly with you.
If your recruiter requests an application, references, work samples, or other materials, please provide them as promptly as possible. Quick turnaround can make a real difference when a hiring process is moving fast.
And if something changes on your end — your availability, goals, compensation expectations, schedule, or job-search priorities — let us know. The more current we are on what you’re looking for, the better we can advocate for you.
How We Share Opportunities
Once you’ve met with a recruiter, you typically do not need to apply separately to additional Boly:Welch roles.
If you see a position on our website that looks like a strong match, reach out to your recruiter directly. We’ll determine whether it makes sense based on your experience, goals, and the position’s requirements.
We focus on strong matches rather than quick placements. That means we may not reach out about every role you see, and a position may occasionally fall outside the core experience or goals we discussed. We’ll always be transparent about fit.
Stay Connected
Hiring moves in cycles, and there may be stretches when activity slows in your area of expertise. Behind the scenes, our recruiters are meeting with prospective employers, building relationships in the local business community, developing new client partnerships, and learning about hiring needs before they become public.
If you’re actively searching, keep applying directly to promising opportunities, too. But before you hit “apply,” check in with your Boly:Welch recruiter — we may already have a direct line to the hiring team and can help get your application in front of the right people. Recruiters aren’t the only path to a great job, and sometimes you’ll land something before we do — and that’s a win. Our goal is your right next move, whether we facilitate it or not.
