What Matters Most:

  • 2-10+ years of paralegal experience required, preferably in workers’ comp; insurance defense or personal injury experience also considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Experience with timekeeping software required
  • High School Diploma required


Your New Role:
This litigation firm is growing, busier than ever, and looking to add a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to their top-notch staff!

In this role, you’ll support attorneys working on the defense side of a variety of workers’ compensation cases. Your primary responsibilities will include requesting records from physicians, hospitals, and pharmacies; organizing and analyzing medical records; and docketing and tracking deadlines.

You’ll need to be detail-oriented and adaptable as you balance competing deadlines and manage a heavy caseload. You can expect reasonable billable hour targets and great mentorship on this team.

This is a hybrid position.
