  • 3-5+ years of Workers’ Comp defense experience required
  • Washington State Bar membership required
  • JD required


Your New Role:
Your advocacy experience, along with your written and verbal communication prowess and outstanding interpersonal skills, will drive your success as a Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate.

In this role, you’ll negotiate settlements, appear before tribunals, and conduct depositions and discovery. Additionally, you’ll handle motion practice and mediations.

A great academic and professional record, reliable organizational skills, and a history of successful time management will make you a competitive candidate.
