Your New Role:
Your written and verbal communication prowess, outstanding interpersonal skills, and advocacy experience will drive your success as a Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate, where you will negotiate settlements, appear before tribunals, and conduct depositions and discovery. Additionally, you’ll handle motion practice and mediations.
