Salary: $120K–$140K DOE + bonus structure

What Matters Most:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated planning and business development experience
  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related field at a minimum
  • Currently holds or can attain Series 65 license within 90 days of hire date
  • Certified Financial Planner certification
  • Familiarity with eMoney as a planning tool
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish language desired

Your New Role:
You are a driven and deeply invested Wealth Planner who has a knack for client service and a background in financial planning and investment management.

As the Wealth Planner, your responsibilities will encompass conducting client meetings, formulating and delivering comprehensive financial plans, maintaining regular communication with the client in order to attain their financial goals, actively participating in data analytics, and crafting and presenting tailored content for internal and external audiences. You will take part in the daily sales process, building a prospective referral pipeline, expanding client relationships, and leveraging your market expertise to identify profitable areas of growth in order to enhance the clients’ experience and further their financial goals.

Beyond demonstrating a sound understanding and enthusiasm for the field, your steadfast commitment to meeting deadlines, staying informed about regulations affecting financial planning, meticulous attention to detail in project management, and effective communication will go far here.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.
