What Matters Most:

Your New Role: Are you a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in multi-location, growth-based financial management, ready to lead the financial departments of a major distribution company? We’re carefully selecting a resourceful expert with a team-focused mentality and can-do approach to leadership to collaborate with the fractional CFO.
As the VP of Finance, you’ll drive this company’s accounting and finance team forward, optimizing department performance, managing multiple direct reports, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. You’ll oversee all aspects of the credit and accounting team, delegate tasks as necessary, and establish best practices and protocols.
The company will rely on you to spearhead short-term financial objectives while maintaining their long-term vision, financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Cultivating strong relationships with the Leadership Team and Board Members will be key to ensuring transparent communication, with regular updates on the company’s status. You can expect significant growth opportunities and career progression as this organization has built a new Executive Team focused on expansion and M&A activity.
This role demands a versatile and strategic professional, positioned for growth and adept at navigating the complexities of a fast-paced company undergoing a progressive cultural transformation.
You’ll work in-office Monday – Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
