Your New Role:
Are you a Trust & Estate Litigator looking for your next long-term home? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm!

You’ll work alongside an experienced attorney with support from an office manager and paralegal. You can expect plenty of variety as you handle a diverse caseload including will and trust contests and probate matters, hearings, and disputes. This will range from trustee removals to property ownership issues. You’ll also address guardianship/conservator matters, adopted children’s rights, and land disputes.

It’s a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so you’ll need to be a proactive team player ready to hit the ground running.

This is an in-office position.
