Your New Role: Join this award-winning national law firm as their newest Transactional/Corporate Legal Assistant! In this role, you will partner with excellent paralegals and legal assistants as you support a group of best-in-class attorneys.
Your primary responsibilities will include drafting and proofreading business correspondence; creating and assembling closing binders for acquisitions, sales, and loans; managing attorney schedules and travel arrangements; and maintaining electronic and paper files. You’ll communicate with clients as you run conflicts checks, open new client matters, draft engagement letters, and coordinate billing.
Competitive candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
This is a hybrid position.
