Your New Role: Looking to put your corporate contracts expertise to use on a dynamic team? This high-tech company with global reach is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join their growing team.
Your focus in this role will be drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of corporate contracts with international clients, partners, and suppliers, minimizing risk and ensuring that company policy is upheld. Management will look to you for advice and interpretation of complex terms and conditions. You’ll also be called on to resolve any contract disputes that may arise.
You will need to be adaptable and responsive to thrive in this demanding, fast-paced role. Your team will appreciate your collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and proactive nature.
