Your New Role: Our Accounting team is looking for a Sr. Recruiter as they continue to see strong order flow. As a member of this tenured group, you’ll have the opportunity to build your desk right away, through marketed and rotated business. Our strong reputation brings a steady flow of orders and candidates, and you’re incentivized to deepen and maintain relationships. As a Sr. Recruiter, you’d work a full-cycle desk which includes business development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, prepping, and finalizing offers and consulting with clients seeking to hire talented accounting professionals. You’ll source for and maintain a diverse pool of talent for a variety of roles using a combination of networking, our existing talent pool, job postings, and sourcing. And, on the client side, you’ll offer consultations, advice, and best practices to ensure successful matches, working with organizations of all sizes and industries.
Ideally, you are a Sr. Recruiter with agency recruiting experience, who has a proven track record of business development and successful placements. We can also train as long you have you experience in accounting and sales. We’ve noticed that people who are resilient, proactive, have a sense of humor, and are motivated by uncapped sales commissions really thrive on this team.

You’ll have the assistance of our operations and marketing teams and report to the Chief Revenue Officer, who has a vested interest in your success.
