Your New Role:
Are you looking for your long-term home on a collaborative legal team with excellent mentorship from tenured partners? This highly respected Salem law firm is seeking a School/Education Associate Attorney to join a small group of lawyers working in this specialized practice area.

In this role, your primary focus will be compliance and advisory work for public and private schools and universities, with some special education law as well. Day-to-day, you will prepare written opinions, letters, and analysis on investigations. This team appreciates strong communication skills and comfort with occasional public speaking.

The billable hours requirement is 1800 hours, and the firm offers generous merit-based bonuses.

This is an in-office role with potential for hybrid flexibility.
