Your New Role: This boutique firm packs a punch in terms of their clientele and skilled representation. They’re searching for a new Receptionist with top-notch client service skills.
As the face of the office, you’ll be responsible for greeting clients, answering the phone, and prepping for firm events. Additionally, you’ll process mail, proofread time entries, and manage the conference room calendar. Occasionally, you may be asked to provide clerical support to the filing and accounting teams.
This role is perfect for a proactive team player looking to break into the legal field, and the firm is known to promote from within!
This is an in-office position.
