What Matters Most:

  • 3-5 years of prior accounting experience in professional services
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, with a concentration in Excel
  • 1+ years of experience in the AEC industry preferred
  • Experience with accounting software (Deltek preferred)

Your New Role:
You’re a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator with a background in professional services and a knack for teamwork. Does this sound like you? We have an exciting Project Billing Coordinator position at a top-notch engineering firm where you’ll get to develop your skills alongside a dynamic accounting team.

In this role, you’ll prepare client billings, job cost reports, labor transfers, and project close-out reports. They’ll look to you to submit payment applications & billing forms, and process and track change orders, as well as change order requests. Their work often involves multiple consultants and contractors, so a collaborative approach will be key.

This is a part-time contract position with 24-30 hours a week and a flexible schedule. The role will last 4-6 months and is fully in-office.
