Boly:Welch

Job Number: 32504

Salary: $62K-$80K DOE

Industry: Legal

Must Haves:

  • 2-10+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiffs’ side
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software
  • Knowledge of Time Matters and WordPerfect preferred
  • High school diploma

Your New Role:

Are you looking to join a passionate plaintiffs’ firm committed to providing excellent legal services to their clients? Consider this Personal Injury Paralegal position providing primary support to a partner-associate team known to be fully engaged in their cases.

In this role, you’ll support attorneys on the full lifecycle of cases from opening case files through trials and settlements. This will include compiling and reviewing medical records, communicating with clients and insurance adjusters, and assisting with investigations and case strategy. You’ll manage deadlines, format and file motions and pleadings, and prepare discovery requests and responses.

You’ll work alongside a couple other paralegals; however, you’ll independently manage your cases. Competitive candidates will be proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership of their caseload.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with four in-office days each week.

Your New Organization:

This plaintiffs’ firm is highly regarded for championing victims’ rights. They handle a broad spectrum of injury matters and have worked on some groundbreaking cases that have made history. The culture is collegial and casual. Their many tenured staff members feel as though they’re adding value and improving outcomes for clients.

Benefits include employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, SEP IRA with firm contribution, paid time off, paid TriMet pass, and a community service day.
