As Payroll/Accounting Assistant, strong attention to detail will be key as you administer pay, benefits, and leave, as well as coordinate open enrollment for benefits on an annual basis. Facilitating recruiting and hiring efforts, managing employee onboarding, and training employees to use timesheets and benefits will also fall under your purview.
You’ll work independently to prepare payroll and audit PTO usage, as well as ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws are maintained.
