Your New Role: This family office is looking to add a part-time Accountant to their ranks. If you’re energized by forward momentum and have a commitment to efficiency, this could be the role for you.
As Accountant, you’ll interface with all other staff, acting as the communication liaison. Excellent interpersonal skills and creative thinking will be critical to your success here. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of basic accounting for a family with multiple properties and assets.
Ensuring timely payment of all bills and preparing month-end reporting, will also fall under your role. As the central communication hub, you’ll ensure the team is supported as they oversee various properties in different locales. In addition, you’ll be expected to update any systems that may be holding back efficiency with modern solutions and software.
Someone with emotional intelligence and a can-do attitude will do well in this position.
This role is 100% in-office, 20 hours per week, morning hours preferred.
