Your New Role:
Are you a Mid-Level Labor & Employment Attorney looking to advance your career and make an impact as part of a well-established law firm?

In this role, you’ll handle all phases of labor and employment litigation. This will include full case management, legal research, reviewing documents, drafting briefs, and representing employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. A professional and consultative approach will be important as you tactfully advise clients on workplace management issues ranging from hiring to separation of employment, employment contracts, and other personnel matters. If you have experience with wage and hour laws, medical leave laws, and other employment-related regulations, that will set you apart.
