Your New Role:
Are you looking for your long-term home at an established regional firm? Join this powerhouse commercial litigation team as their newest Mid-Level Construction and Litigation Associate!

As a member of the Construction and Insurance Recovery department, you will use your construction litigation experience as you take on a variety of cases. Your primary responsibilities will include legal research, investigation and discovery, dispute analysis, contract negotiations, and drafting pleadings and motions.

Competitive candidates will be strong writers with excellent communication skills and sound judgment.

This is a hybrid position with plenty of work-from-home flexibility.
