Your New Role: As a Medical Malpractice Defense Lateral at this unique boutique litigation firm, you will handle all matters from intake to conclusion. Your responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, making court appearances, taking and defending depositions, evaluating and deposing expert witnesses, managing discovery process, and handling trials. The main qualities they are looking for are intensity and focus, and they strive to provide for their clients, no matter the case.
The ideal candidate for this position works hard above all. They also have meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and a dash of old-fashioned grit. Being a team player is another valued attribute, as you will work closely with your team members as a part of this organization.
This is a hybrid position.
