Your New Role:
Are you a seasoned litigation paralegal looking for a challenging new position with plenty of variety and autonomy? One of our long-standing legal clients has a unique opening for a Litigation Practice Manager/Senior Paralegal to work closely with an award-winning founding partner.

Your experience supporting partner-level attorneys and filing in Washington courts will be essential as you manage the practice of this busy litigator working in all areas of civil litigation. You’ll utilize your JD and extensive legal experience as you take on complex, substantive work and keep cases moving through the pipeline. You’ll need to anticipate needs and keep attorneys updated on the status of each case.

Excellent communication and organizational skills will be key in this position. You’ll be the liaison between your assigned attorney and the associated attorneys and support staff. This role is high-volume and fast-paced, so you’ll need to be diligent, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.

You’ll have a hybrid schedule after an in-office training period.
