Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of billable litigation paralegal experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing, reviewing, and synthesizing medical records and chronologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ProLaw
  • Knowledge of state and federal court rules required, experience with Oregon and Washington courts highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred


Your New Role:

With over two decades of impact in healthcare and tort law, this respected defense firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal who brings expertise in medical malpractice or complex injury cases and thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

As a dedicated paralegal, you’ll have true partnership with your attorneys. They will rely on you to review medical records, create medical chronologies, and prep them for depositions and trials, always looking one step ahead. You’ll also proactively coordinate with expert witnesses and manage records requests from hospitals, clinics, and providers.

Administrative tasks like e-filing are handled by the firm’s litigation assistants, so you can focus on substantive, billable work and easily hit your goals.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with two in-office days each week.
