What Matters Most:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required, preferably in medical malpractice

- Knowledge of Oregon, Washington, and federal court rules
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
Your New Role: This stable defense firm has a 20+ year history of shaping healthcare and tort law in Oregon. They’re seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with a background in medical malpractice or complex injury law.
You’ll work alongside a robust team of paralegals and legal assistants to support the firm’s trial attorneys. Your primary focus will be reviewing medical records and creating medical summaries and chronologies. Additionally, you’ll coordinate discovery requests and responses, deal with experts, and prepare trial exhibits and binders. Your understanding of what’s important in medical records, writing skills, and experience managing high-volume discovery will be essential in this role.
You’ll have a hybrid schedule and will work closely with your tenured colleagues. If you enjoy the challenge of a varied caseload, you’ll thrive on this team!
