Your New Role:Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for long-term stability in your career? This firm offers a wonderful team dynamic and a true trial practice culture, clear direction from your supervising attorneys, and hybrid flexibility. In this role, you’ll partner with an excellent group of attorneys, tenured paralegals, and support staff. The work involves lots of variety surrounding medical malpractice, construction matters, and personal injury.
The team will rely on your background with medical records review and full case management as you tackle discovery management, medical records analysis and issue spotting, witness coordination, and database management. You’ll prepare subpoenas and conduct background and fact investigations. Additionally, you’ll file in both state and federal courts.
They’re looking for a top-notch problem-solver, excellent communicator, and skilled collaborator. Reasonable billable goals and bonuses are in store for you here.
This is a hybrid position.
