What Matters Most:

  • 2+ years of complex litigation assistant experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems required
  • Familiarity with e-Filing in state courts required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Paralegal certificate preferred


Your New Role:
Join an engaging litigation team at one of Oregon’s top law firms as their new Litigation Legal Assistant! In this role, you’ll collaborate with a close-knit team and have the benefit of two tenured leads eager to share their professional insights and ongoing mentorship.

Your primary responsibilities will be scheduling hearings and depositions, calendaring and docketing deadlines, and following up with attorneys to ensure that all deadlines are met. Additionally, you’ll open and maintain case files from intake through trial and e-File in state and federal courts. You may even have the opportunity to take on billable tasks down the road – especially with a paralegal certification.

Competitive candidates will have an eagerness to learn, willingness to pitch in, a proactive nature, and strong tech skills!

This position is fully in-office to start, with hybrid flexibility once you’re up to speed.
