What Matters Most:

  • 4+ years of complex litigation experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Experience e-Filing in OR state and federal courts required; Experience e-Filing in WA courts preferred
  • Knowledge of NetDocs or other document management systems preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Some college preferred


Your New Role:
Here’s a rare opening with a regional powerhouse firm! They’re seeking a stellar Litigation Assistant who is very organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented to join their crew.

In this busy role, you’ll support two of the firm’s partners, working in contract disputes, construction, and general business and commercial litigation matters. They will value your keen eye to proofread, format, and e-File complex briefs. You’ll use your docketing experience and knowledge of state and federal courts to ensure that deliverables are completed. Conflicts and new client intakes will round out your days, and you’ll have the opportunity to take on some billable work as you support the paralegal team with processing discovery.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with two in-office days each week.
