What Matters Most:

  • 2-3+ years of business or complex litigation support experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
  • e-Filing background in state and federal courts required
  • Familiarity with iManage and ProLaw a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of a degree

Your New Role:
This esteemed litigation boutique is adding to their top-notch support staff! They’re seeking a tech-savvy Litigation Assistant who’s a great team player ready to jump in and assist with e-Filing and trial prep.

You’ll need to manage your time and balance priorities as you support multiple litigators. Your daily responsibilities will include proofing, editing, and formatting pleadings and motions. In addition to trial and mediation prep, you’ll manage schedules, calendar due dates, and track deadlines. Your e-Filing experience will be key as you file with both state and federal courts.

This team is equipped with the latest technology, so you’ll need to be able to learn new systems quickly. Their ideal candidate will be excited to learn and have a collaborative spirit!

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
