As the face of the office, you’ll greet clients, answer phones, and process potential new clients in an “intake” function. Additionally, you’ll handle calendaring, track deadlines, and correspond with both clients and courts. After some legal training, you’ll take on e-filing and drafting legal documents supporting the litigation process. The managing attorney offers clear instruction with a big picture perspective, so you will benefit from excellent mentorship – without being micromanaged.
Strong detail aptitude, an eagerness to learn, and great communication skills will make you a competitive candidate!
This is an in-office contract-temporary role, but it could evolve into a permanent position if we find the perfect fit. There’s even potential to take on more legal assistant work in the future.
