Your New Role: This boutique firm is busy, growing, and on the hunt for a Legal Assistant to provide litigation support to several attorneys working in insurance defense, construction defect, and a variety of business practice areas.
Day to day, you’ll draft and proofread pleadings, e-file, maintain client information, transcribe dictations, and prepare correspondence. The attorneys will rely on you to manage their schedules, docket deadlines, and ensure that they have the necessary documents when going to trial. Additionally, you’ll maintain the filing system and process mail.
They’re looking for a great team player who is eager to step in to help other legal assistants and paralegals. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills will take you far at this firm!
