Your New Role: Are you an outstanding real estate attorney looking for a new home for yourself and your book of business? One of our exceptional legal clients is seeking a Lateral Real Estate Attorney to add value to their team.
You’ll put your real estate transactional expertise to use as you review contracts, negotiate on behalf of clients, conduct due diligence on properties, identify and mitigate legal risks, resolve title issues, draft legal documents, and facilitate the closing process. You’ll have ample communication with clients, providing advice and guiding them through the legal process.
