Your New Role:
Are you an Employment Associate looking to level up and make an impact as part of a well-established firm?

This firm is looking for a proactive go-getter to handle all phases of labor and employment litigation. Your scope of work will include discovery, reviewing documents, drafting briefs, and representing employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. A professional and consultative approach will go far as you tactfully advise clients on workplace management issues ranging from hiring to separation of employment, employment contracts, and other personnel matters.

Your experience with wage and hour laws, medical leave laws, and other employment-related regulations will set you apart, as will top-notch writing, analytical, and research skills. Excellent client service and clear communication are priorities here. Many of the cases this firm handles are “newsworthy,” so an ability to keep a cool head under pressure will be critical.

This is a hybrid role with two remote days a week.

Your New Organization:
This stand-out law firm assists individuals, businesses, government entities, and nonprofit organizations with legal advice and representation for litigation, appeals, administrative proceedings, government relations, and business transactions. Firm leadership wants everyone to know they’re valued.
