A professional and consultative approach will go far as you tactfully advise clients on workplace management issues ranging from hiring to separation of employment, employment contracts, and other personnel matters.

Your experience with wage and hour laws, medical leave laws, and other employment-related regulations will set you apart, as will top-notch writing, analytical, and research skills. Excellent client service and clear communication are priorities here. Many of the cases this firm handles are “newsworthy,” so an ability to keep a cool head under pressure will be critical.
