Your New Role:
Are you looking for your long-term home at an established regional firm? Join this powerhouse transactional and litigation team as their newest Land Use/Real Estate Attorney.
You’ll rely on your practice area expertise as you advise clients on all matters relating to land use and real estate transactions and developments, from zoning and due diligence to entitlement issues and title reports. Additional responsibilities will include negotiating on behalf of clients; drafting purchase and sale agreements; representing clients before governmental organizations; and liaising with developers and environmental consultants. You’ll partner with colleagues that specialize in environmental and construction law to facilitate complex real estate transactions.
