Your New Role: As the HR Manager at this local nonprofit, you’ll oversee the full employee life cycle, from onboarding, benefits and leave administration, to worker’s compensation, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices. You’ll be relied upon for process improvement, offering strategic guidance to leadership, as well as coaching and training managers on employee performance management.
Excellent interpersonal skills will take you far as you oversee one team member, partner with external vendors, and guide employees through professional development. They’re looking for someone who can foster a transparent, sustainable, and equitable work environment.
This position is primarily on-site with one day per week of remote work permitted.
