In this role, you’ll advise and represent clients on the defense-side of employment law matters. Your responsibilities will encompass all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, managing files, and reviewing discovery. You’ll accompany clients to hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials and will present defending arguments.
This is a hybrid position with three in-office days each week.
