  • 5+ years HR management experience in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Excel proficiency required
  • Experience with renewable energy or sustainability organizations is strongly preferred
  • Degree or experience in related industry preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification major plus


Your New Role:
We’re looking for a Director of HR to play a critical role in aiding and facilitating the growth of an exciting renewable energy company. A background in renewable energy and sustainability will set you up for success as you develop, implement, and oversee HR Policies that align with the organization’s values.

As the Director of HR, you’ll utilize your industry experience to deliver professional HR consultation to address a broad spectrum of employee relations and performance issues. You’ll have the autonomy to design and establish processes for recruitment and hiring practices. Your strong leadership skills will empower you to conduct individual and group training, foster team cohesion, and oversee work plans and disciplinary actions. In addition, you’ll research labor markets, develop recruitment strategies, and monitor processes for consistency.

This is a hybrid position with three days in-office and two from home.
