What Matters Most

  • 3-5 years of progressive healthcare operations experience, holding a leadership role within in a multi-clinic environment

Your New Role
This Pacific Northwest-based, innovative organization, known for its exceptional mission-driven, patient-centric culture, is actively seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to play a hands-on role in supporting the CEO, Directors, and Managers. The role will be essential to establishing the efficiency of clinical processes, streamlining operations, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance, policies and procedures, and business metrics.

In the newly created role of Director of Clinical Operations, you’ll be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, closely monitoring internal processes, and managing the office operations of 7+ locations and active expansion. Your understanding of clinic workflow and ability to create scalability in an entrepreneurial environment will be deeply valued in this strategic leadership role. Your team will trust your adeptness in problem-solving to assist top management while safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive information. Plus, your knowledge and expertise of healthcare delivery at the clinical level will position you as a key player in establishing best practices and maintaining cost efficiencies. Expect to travel 25% of the time, primarily in Oregon and Washington, with anticipated expansion nationwide.
